Meet the committee
The Federation has four executive members and then two representatives of each member organisation.

Peter Papoulidis started dancing for Panagia Soumela NSW since age 6. A proud Pontian, Peter joined the committee of Panagia Soumela as its Vice President with the sole purpose of promoting and preserving the culture. Since then, Peter has served on a number of committees including the Pontian Cultural and Educational Association o NSW "The Argonauts" as well as having played a significant role in unifying the Aitents dancing group with Pontoxeniteas in NSW.
He has served as Secretary and Vice President of the Federation.
Nikolaos Chrissostomidis, former President of the Federation has stepped in to take on the Secretary's portfolio.
Nikolaos is the current President of Greek Pontian Society of Wollongong "Diogenis" where he has served as President for over 8 years keeping Pontian traditions alive and well in the city.
Nikolaos brings over 25 years of community experience with him as well as his reputation for being a bridge builder within the community.
Maria Anthony is the President of the long standing NSW association Pontoxeniteas.
She has a vast wealth of community experience engagement and has spearheaded the Pontian Genocide Commemoration Committee for many years with great results.
